I-LINC is a platform developed and owned by a Consortium formed by Telecentre –Europe AISBL (Telecentre-Europe), Technische Universitaet Dortmund (TUDO), EUN Partnership AISBL and Telefónica, S.A. (hereinafter referred as "Consortium").

I-LINC is a platform to establish a sustainable, overarching platform for ICT (for) learning and inclusion focused on boosting the employability and entrepreneurship of young people.

I-LINC Platform is an open membership and collaborative platform which enables the target audience to contribute, share and learn about innovative practices which are shaping today's educational environment. The tools implemented seek to provide people with the necessary skills to successfully access the job market, in particular those groups at risk of digital exclusion.

1. General

These general Terms of Use govern the access and use of web site which the Consortium places at the disposal of internet users free of charge. Access to the web site implies unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

The Consortium reserves the right to change, modify, amend or review these Terms of Use, at its own discretion. The Consortium shall publish in the web any modification, amendment or review of these Terms of Use.

The Consortium recommends you periodically review these Terms of use because they may be changed or amended. The User may consult whenever they want the applicable version of the Terms of Use in the place reserved for them in the Platform.

The collection and processing of data' User and the exercise of their rights shall be governed by this Terms of Use, by Platform Privacy Policy and by particular conditions that the User may accept in the moment in which their data are collected.

2.- User's rights and obligations

2.1. Use of Platform contents and warranties of the contents provided by Users.
Any content provided by User may be considered provided at its own risk. User when providing the content warrants that is enabled to provide this information and that the information is accurate is not confidential and does not infringe any applicable law or any third party rights. User shall be liable for any content provided to the Platform and shall indemnify the Consortium for any third party claim or demand related to the content published in the Platform and for any damages that may arise in relation to such content.

2.2. Requirements for using he Platform.
Any User of the Platform has to fulfill the following criteria: (1) to be more than 18 years old; (2); use and provide its accurate name and data;(3) has enough power for registering in the Platform and that to doing so does not infringe any agreement in which is party: and (4) warrants not to infringe any Consortium's right or any third party right, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, author rights and brand rights.

2.3. Access to the Platform.
Both access to this web site and the use made of the information contained therein is the exclusive responsibility of the User. The Consortium shall not be responsible for any consequence, damage or injury that may result from access or use of the information. The Consortium shall not be responsible for any possible security errors which may occur nor for any possible damage to the User's computer system (hardware and software), or to the files or documents stored therein, caused by the presence of a virus in the computer used by the User to connect to the web site's services and content, by the malfunctioning of the browser or by the use of out-of-date versions of the said browser

2.4. Liability.
User shall be liable for any damage, losses and costs (including among others reasonable lawyer's costs) related to claims and charges carried by third parties due to (1) any infringement of these Terms of Use including the provision of any content that violates any third party rights or applicable laws; (2) any content provided to the Platform and (3) any activity in which participates through the Platform.

2.5. Notifications and messages about the Platform.
The Consortium will publish a notice in the manner it considers appropriated in order to inform Users about certain changes and amendments made to these Terms of Use. User accepts that Platform may contact him through User account or by other means, including email, mobile number, landline or through services like post mail.

2.6. Communication and exchange of information between Users.
The Platform offers different forums where Users can post comments and opinions on specific topics. The Platform also enables exchange information between Users and post updates, including links to news articles and other content and recommendations, etc. The Consortium may, in its sole discretion, remove contents of these sections if they violate these Terms of Use or other intellectual property rights. The Consortium shall not be liable for the information provide by Users through the Platform

2.7. Privacy
Telefónica, S.A. and the Consortium grant the respect to the existing legislation in personal data protection, Users' privacy and the secret and security of personal data in accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data and the Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, approving the Regulation which implement the Organic Law 15/1999 on Protection of Personal Data, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, undue use, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of data, in view of the state of technology, the nature of data and the risks exposed.

The use of the Platform constitute the acceptance by the user of its Privacy Policy in the way it is incorporated in these Terms of Use, as it regulates the processing of any information, including the personal data that you provide to us. Notwithstanding, when the data is collected through the Platform, the User will be informed in advance, in a clear and unambiguous manner, of the specific data protection conditions of application. Be aware that certain information, declarations, data and content that you provide to the Platform might, or most likely can, disclose your personal data. You warrant that any information, declarations, data or content that you provide are voluntarily conferred and the Consortium can process this information in accordance with the Privacy Policy terms and the specific data protection conditions accepted by the user in every time.

3. Consortium's rights and obligation.

3.1. Availability of the Platform.
As long as the Consortium continues making available to Users the Platform, the Consortium will provide and seek to update, improve and expand the platform functionality. Users can access the platform as shown and available at all times and the Consortium has no other obligation unless expressly stated in these Terms of Use. The Consortium may modify, replace, refuse access, suspend or discontinue the Platform, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion. All these changes come into force upon its publication in the Platform. In addition, the Consortium reserves the right to remove, delete and discard any content available in the platform, with or without notice, if found to violate this Agreement.

3.2. Third party websites.
The Platform may include links to third party websites ("Third Party Sites") on its website. Users are responsible for assessing whether they want to access or use a third-party site. The Consortium is not responsible about any features, content, advertising, products or other materials available from third party sites.

The Consortium assumes no responsibility whatsoever in respect of connection to or the content of third party links contained on the web site, nor does it guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements in the said links which may cause alterations to the user's computer system (hardware and software), documents or files, including responsibility for any damages of any kind caused to the user for this reason.

3.3. Disclosure of User's information.
User acknowledges, understands and agrees that the Consortium can access, preserve and disclose User registration and any other information provided in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy and the specific conditions for the protection of personal data on your acceptance, if required by law or in the good faith believe, provided that the law so permits and that such access, preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary from the Consortium  point of view to: (1) comply with legal proceedings, including, among others, citations for a civil or criminal judgment, court orders or other compulsory disclosures; (2) enforce these Terms of Use; (3) respond to claims for violation of third party rights; (4) respond to customer questions Platform; or (5) protect the rights, property or personal safety of the Consortium, the Platform Users or the general public.

3.4. Intellectual property rights.
The Consortium owns all of intellectual property rights relating to the Platform. The intellectual property rights of the web site, its source code, design, navigational layout, data bases and various items of content are owned by the Consortium which has the exclusive rights to use these in any way it deems appropriate, and, in particular, rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

The logos and other trademarks of any member of the Consortium, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with any member of the Consortium, are property of each member of the Consortium. Any other marks and logos used in connection with the Platform may be trademarks of their respective owners. This Terms of Use does not grant the User any right or license with respect to such trademarks and logos.

Viewing, printing and partially downloading any of the web site's content is authorised solely and exclusively under the following conditions: 1) that this be compatible with the purposes of the  web site. 2) That the information thus obtained is solely for personal and private use. The Consortium provides the Platform and the contents in the detailed way. To the extent that applicable law permits the Consortium and its suppliers disclaim any and all implied warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, data accuracy and non-infringement. If User is not satisfied or feel hurt by the Consortium or any aspect of the Platform, User may cancel its participation in the Platform and unsubscribe from it. This is the only course of action which may bring. The Consortium does not assume any responsibility, either direct or indirect, arising from the misuse or fraudulent or illegal use that the User could make of the Platform or the website, or the content hosted there. The Consortium does not warrant or represent that use of the Platform by Users will not infringe rights of third parties. The Consortium has no obligation to verify the identity of people who subscribe to the Platform, nor has the obligation to monitor the use made of it by other Users; the Consortium therefore disclaims all liability for identity theft or other misuse of their identity or information, as long as it is not due to fault attributable to the Platform.

The Consortium does not guarantee that Platform will function without interruption or without errors. 5. Cease of using the Platform.

User may terminate using the platform for any reason or no reason, at any time, upon notification to the Consortium through the mechanisms authorized by the Platform for this purpose or sending an email to This notice shall be effective when the Consortium has processed it. The Consortium also may terminate User's access to the Platform for any reason or no reason, at any time, with or without notice. This cease will have immediate effect or as specified in the notification.

6. Abuse of the Platform.

The Consortium may restrict, suspend or terminate the access of any User who abuses or wrongly use the Platform. For this purpose shall be considered as misused any infringement of intellectual third party rights, the performance of any activity referred to in paragraph of unpermitted uses or any other behavior that the Consortium may consider contrary to its purpose.

7. Dispute resolution.

This Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with Spanish law. Any disagreement in the interpretation or execution of this Term of Use shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Madrid city. Users irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to such venue.

8. Modifications of these Terms of Use.

The Consortium reserves the right to modify, supplement or replace these Terms of Use, which shall enter into force upon its publication in the Platform. If User does not accept the changes or the modification included in the Platform, User may terminate using the platform as provided in paragraph 5 above.

9. Unpermitted uses.

It is strictly prohibited, and therefore its consequences will be at User sole responsibility, access or use of the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes and, more specifically, the following activities are prohibited among others:

  • Host, store, disseminate, publish, distribute or share any content that could be considered a breach in any form of the fundamental rights to the honor, image and personal and family privacy of third parties and, especially, of minors.
  • Host, store, disseminate, publish, distribute or share pictures or photographs or images that collect personal data of third parties without obtaining appropriate consent of the owners.
